High Crushing Ration Hammer Crusher Application:
This crusher is applicable for both dry and wet crushing. Hammer crusher is widely used for medium or fine crushing for medium hard and brittle materials by departments of mine, cement, coal, building material, metallurgy, chemical industry, road construction, gas chemical industry and thermal power generation, etc. Coal gangue, coke, slag, limestone, phosphate rock, salt, whiting, gypsum stains, alum, brick and tile, etc. Can be crushed by this equipment. The compression strength of the materials shall not exceed 100MPa, while the moisture content shall be lower than 15%.

This crusher machine can be also used for crushing chips and paper with fiber structure and strong elasticity and ductility, or recycling asbestos fiber by crushing wastes of asbestos cement, etc. Gap between the gratings are adjustable to change grain size of the discharge, so as to meet different requirements of the customers.

Operating principle of Hammer Crusher:
In the hammer mill machine, the motor drives the rotor rotate at a high speed through the belt, and on the rotor there are series hammers. When the materials get into the working area of hammers, the rotating hammers with high rotation speed are crushing them, the products which are crushed to meet the required size can be discharged by the outlet and become the final products, the large size products are brought back to the crushing area by the hammers for being re-crushed until they reached the required size.

Single stage hammer crusher can crush the feeded materials of graininess1100mm into less than 20mm for one time, so the traditional double stage or three stage crushing can be changed into one stage crushing so as simplify the process can be simplified flow, and the equipment investment saved consumption and other production expenses reduced. The hammer crusher falls into reversible and non-reversible hammer crushers. Reversible hammer crusher with reversible rotor used for fine crushing in general; Non-reversible hammer crusher with non-reversible rotor used for intermediate crushing.
